Threading in a nutshell
Thread lifting involves placement of specially designed surgical sutures in the subcutaneous tissues that lifts the skin. It is an excellent alternative to surgery (face lift). The thread material used is either smooth or barbed. The barbed sutures have small hooks. It creates immediate lifting tissues that lost its elasticity. It also stimulates collagen production making skin appear more youthful in time. The smooth sutures are used to treat fine lines and wrinkles and greatly enhances collagen production. It has virtually no downtime and significantly lower cost. The sutures are bio-resorbable and degraded into non-toxic ordinary substances.
